send the patient’s prescription/certificate of medical necessity, and chart notes to one of the distributors listed below
let your patient know that they will be contacted by the distributor regarding their Dexcom G7 order
make sure your patient has an in-person visit within 6 months of starting CGM and every 6 months thereafter
